Comfrey Salve

Comfrey, Symphytum officinale. is a special herbal plant. It has been used historically and widely cultivated.
 

Comfrey has been used medicinally for thousands of years to reduce pain and promote healing.  Modern peer-reviewed studies are finding that topical comfrey preparations, such as comfrey salve and comfrey cream, are incredibly effective herbal pain relievers.  
  Comfrey has been shown to reduce inflammation, reduce pain, and speed skin healing.  It contains allantoin, a substance believed to promote healing by stimulating the growth of new cells.
I have carefully and lovingly grown my Comfrey in my herb gardens using organic methods. The leaves and flowers have been harvested from my gardens and infused in organic olive oil to make the comfrey oil and comfrey salve. The color of my prepared salve may differ a little in each batch, depending on my comfrey harvest preparation and the color of the organic beeswax added.

Ingredients: Comfrey, olive oil, beeswax, Shea butter, Eucalyptus oil, Vitamin E, and lemon Essential oil.
